Privacy Policy

This policy describes exactly what this website does — and, just as importantly, what it does not do. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no server-side storage of anything you type. The contact form is hosted by WhatsForm and submits information through that service. Chat history exists only in your browser tab while the page is open.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by DGResonance, a digital marketing agency based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. References to "we", "us" and "our" in this policy mean DGResonance. Questions about this policy can be sent to dgresonancedec23@gmail.com.

2. What this website collects

By design, this website does not collect personal information automatically. Specifically:

  • No tracking cookies. The site does not set cookies or similar storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) on your device.
  • No analytics. There are no analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics) measuring your behaviour on this site.
  • No advertising or marketing pixels. No Meta Pixel, no remarketing tags, no conversion trackers are installed on this website itself.
  • No account system. There is no registration, login or user profile, and therefore no stored personal data of that kind.

Like essentially all websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, time of request and pages requested) for security and fault diagnosis. That processing is governed by the hosting provider's own practices; we do not use it to build visitor profiles.

3. The contact form — how it works

The enquiry form on our contact page is hosted by WhatsForm:

  • Information submitted through the form is sent to DGResonance through WhatsForm for handling your enquiry.
  • WhatsForm may process or store submitted information according to its own terms and privacy policy. Please review WhatsForm's privacy information before submitting personal details.
  • The message then travels through your own email provider — its privacy policy governs that transmission and storage.

The information you choose to include reaches us through WhatsForm, and we use it solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. We do not sell, rent or trade it.

4. The website assistant (chatbot)

This site includes a small assistant widget that answers questions by matching them to fixed content on this website. Please note:

  • It is not an AI model and does not send your messages to any external AI service.
  • Your conversation is held in memory only while the page is open. Closing or refreshing the page clears it. We do not keep a copy, and nothing you type in the widget is transmitted to us unless you choose to contact us separately.

5. WhatsApp and phone contact

If you tap the WhatsApp button or a phone link, you leave this website and use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or your telecom provider. Their privacy policies apply from that point. We cannot control what those services do with your data.

6. Fonts and technical self-containment

To keep this website private by default, its fonts (Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans) are hosted directly on this site rather than loaded from third-party font services such as Google Fonts. This means simply visiting the pages does not disclose your request to a font CDN.

7. Third-party links

Our footer and content may link to external properties — our Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Following a link is your choice.

8. How long we keep enquiry emails

Enquiry emails we receive are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business record-keeping, then deleted or archived in line with our internal practices. You may ask us at any time to delete your correspondence with us by writing to dgresonancedec23@gmail.com.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies to you), you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, and withdraw consent to communications. Write to dgresonancedec23@gmail.com and we will respond.

10. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles information changes — for example, if analytics or another form provider is introduced — this policy will be updated before or at the same time as that change, and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
